Account Executive

Responsibilities

1.  Reporting to LA, CA Branch Manager, you will be helping to manage the overall running of the assigned
accounts,   Achieving sales goals provided by LA, CA Local manager.
2.  The candidate will be responsible for monthly/quarterly/Annual Sales Volume, where the primary duties of this position involve service and maintenance of existing accounts to ensure continued growth.
3.  Perform strategic account analysis for new and existing accounts, as a basis to strengthen customer relationship and establish long-term partnerships. Show constant growth by keeping and managing existing accounts as well as by developing new customers in the consumer product arena.
4.  Developing and following through on key strategies (support of new introductions, product category initiatives, sales promotions).
5.  Planning & operating (buying plans, order management/allocations, models, sales tracking & analysis). Report activities, sales and forecast numbers.
6.  Building and maintaining relationships with merchandise coordinators
7.  Actively support inventory management to keep working capital as low as possible, while maintaining high customer response levels and short delivery lead-times.
8.  Negotiate short payment terms and actively work with customers to keep actual payments within the agreed terms.
9.  Actively support product improvement projects and provide leadership in managing customers¡¯ quality issues.
10. Provide sales projections (volumes and prices) to the LA, CA, organization based on market intelligence for new product developments and improvements.
11.Initiate sales calls and presentations to clients and end users.
12.Maintain records, data and other information pertinent to products and customers.
13.Ensure communications and information flow between customers and operations.
14.Support Company business objectives, goals and plans and provide leadership within scope of responsibility to meet and exceed expectations
15.Ensure workplace order and cleanliness
16.Comply with all Company guidelines for maintaining the environment
17.Comply with all Company policies and procedures
18.Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

1.  Bachelor¡¯ degree in sales, marketing and/or other relevant business disciplines. Graduate business degree a plus.

2.  2+ years experience in consumer products sales, business development and account management

3.  Customer-driven mentality, self starter dependable, able to work within deadlines under pressure with a good technical experience and excellent customer relationship skill.

4.  Understanding of value chain management i.e. identifying value driven opportunities, evaluating their potential and implementing them via new product and/or service initiative launches.

5.  Strong follow-up and attention to detail in a fast-paced operations environment are required.

6.  Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve strategic issues.

7.  Strong computer skills: emails, internet, Microsoft Office software

8.  Strong customer relations skills and ability to communicate and work well with employees and customers in a cooperative, positive manner.

9.  Excellent written and oral communication skills are required. Ability to work quickly and accurately, to analyze information and make decisions.

10. Willingness to assume additional responsibilities/duties/projects as they arise.

Assistant Sales

Responsibilities:

1. Shelf management, product rotation and maintaining quality control in assigned for all products.
2. Ability to operate cashier and office equipment including computers, telephones, copy machines, fax machines, electronic credit card authorization terminals, and security devices.
3. Ensuring proper shelf tag placement and shelf space.
4. Sell surveys, special packs, and special promotions for off-shelf display in retail accounts
5. Correct out of stocks by reviewing retailer/wholesaler hand-held/inventory management systems and/or by leaving suggested orders in writing with appropriate store personnel.
6. Communicate store and competitive information effectively and timely. Additionally, communicate daily activities as requested.
7. Maintain quality control in assigned store by rotating stock and removing damaged product from the shelves via established procedures.
8. Keep chain supervisors, store operations personnel and retail account personnel informed about current brand performance, advertising support, new product introductions and promotion plans.
9. Consistently maintain store lists and store profiles via retail/wholesale reporting system in order to maintain accurate account personnel listings.
Effectively plan the store routing in order to maximize retail coverage.
Qualifications:

1. Qualified candidate will have a High school diploma or equivalent
2. 1-2 years sales/retail experience in the consumer products industry preferred and/or 3+ years store sales experience with major chain
Delivery Driver 

Our delivery team is responsible for building and maintaining positive customer relationships. The delivery of the merchandise order is the last step in the customer purchase experience and that last interaction may be the determining factor in whether they purchase merchandise from Eass in the future. 

1. Has a track record of providing excellent customer service.
2. Prepare, load and deliver all merchandise safely and efficiently into the stores of customers throughout Central LA, CA. Merchandise is unloaded at each customer location.
3. Prepare the truck for operation, load/unload, process paperwork, clean out trucks at the end of the day, and must be able to lift 80 pounds. On occasion, products may need to be returned to the warehouse and unloaded.
4. Must have the ability to read maps in navigation of the delivery route.
5. Communicating with customers to ensure timely deliveries. Effective communication and interpersonal skills are required.
6. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of merchandise delivery experience.
 

Compensation is commission based on the dollar amount of merchandise that is successfully delivered.

Warehouse helper

 Responsibilities:

1£® Sorting, separating and tagging items for sale
2£® Cleaning the warehouse, assisting customers, and have the ability solely and safely lift or move large objects at times
3£® Shipping & receiving, loading & unloading, stocking and pulling orders
4£® Distribute mail and taking orders over the phone

Qualification:
1. A minimum of 1-yr experience in warehouse and reliability
2. Must have previous customer service experience
3. Effective communication and interpersonal skills are required
4. Experience with inventory would be a big plus
