Do I need a business license to place an order?
We need a valid sales tax id on file for you.

Do you require a minimum order?
We require a minimum order of 1200pcs handbags，per style per color no less than 50pcs.

How long can I receive my order after I make a deposit?
The order is shipped from China within 20days after you place the order (except special materials making) and already make a deposit (30% of your order value).  It usually takes 45 days from order making to order receiving. 

Do you offer any additional discounts?
We already offer our lowest prises on our items. However, we do offer an additional discount on an order above $ 50,000.00 .This bulk discount is not valid with any special offers or promotions.

What form of payment do you accept?
We accept Money Order, Certified Check, and Company Check.

What is the return policy?
We will accept returns if there is a manufacturer's defect. Please fax or e-mail within 3 days of receipt of merchandise. Items must be returned in the same conditions with original packing.

What shipping methods you use?
We ship by Sea or Air, or UPS.
